Karen is a wonderful sweet person, a great therapist. When I first came to her for treatment I was so full of anger, hate, grudges and anxiety about life – people, bad memories and minor events from my past which my Asperger's kept inflating disproportionately into tall huge mountains standing in my way. After many years of suffering I began neurofeedback with Karen. She was able to decrease my anxiety and anger quite drastically. Sometimes we used tapping to bring up bad memories so I could tell myself I am safe and finally let go of them. With her guide, I broke down many walls (if not all, there is no perfect of course) of my own emotional prison, and I shall recommend many others in need to use her help. She earns it!

We came to Karen after my son had been diagnosed with ADHD and had several failed attempts with conventional methods of treatment. Medication made him feel worse, and it didn't even help his ability to focus in class. Since my son has been in Neurofeedback with Karen we have noticed an increase in his ability to learn and focus, and we we're thrilled when his school echoed our perception. Recently we were called in to discuss our son's progress. We were overjoyed that - from his school's perspective - concentration was no longer an issue that needed our help! Karen is warm, caring and a true support to our son. As well as Neurofeedback, she gives him emotional support and helps him work through anything that's on his mind. I couldn't recommend Neurofeedback more highly.

We had heard about Neurofeedback as an alternative treatment to ADHD to enable our son to be more focused in class. He had tried Ritalin and other medications but always reacted badly to them. He was in kita chet at the time which was a pivotal year for being accepted into yeshiva. Our son was always average but found Gemora hard and in turn found it hard to remain in class. Karen started working with our son just before Chanukah and immediately we saw a shift in his focus at home. Within a month or so of treatments the Rebbe told us his marks were improving. Within 3 months he was receiving top marks and rapidly becoming one of the best learners in his class. BH he was accepted into the Yeshiva he wanted to attend. He still has top-up treatments with Karen which keeps him really well balanced. He does not have to take any drugs. She worked miracles. It took time but was totally worth it. We would totally recommend neurofeedback! Thank you Karen.

We were going through a difficult time as a family. We had financial difficulties plus the stress of moving house. On top of it, our second child, was finding it difficult to adjust after moving schools. Full of anxiety, she had been having bad dreams for some time and developed a phobia of dolls. She imagined them coming to life as soon as she closed her eyes. She would often get frantic in the middle of the night calling for help in tears. After only a few sessions with Karen, we saw a massive change. She was more relaxed and started to be ok with dolls being around the house. She slept better overall and I would say after 3 to 4 months her fear was all but a distant memory. We kept seeing Karen, as we also saw how our daughter was excelling in school. She quickly became top of the class in mekademet (special ed) and has since joined shiluv (regular learning) for about half the classes. Overall major success.

"My son's teacher, at the beginning of the school year, highly recommended we put him on Ritalin, as he was unable to sit still and focus properly. As a 'last resort' before medication, I decided to try neurofeedback, but I was pretty skeptical. Looking back now..... I can truly say I'm so glad I did. My son has become significantly less impulsive and aggressive and is much more willing to cooperate. Family members have commented that he's calmed down a lot, and just a few weeks ago, at parents evening, his teacher said he is no longer one of the boys who can't sit still. He's still got a way to go, but the improvement is huge, and I'm so grateful to Karen for all she's done for him."
